Our Cancellation Policy
At Pure Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. Once your appointment is booked, it is confirmed and cannot be rescheduled or changed. This policy helps us ensure fairness and consistency for all our clients.
You’ll receive an email 72 hours before your appointment and a final text reminder 24 hours prior.
Cancellations & Fees
Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of your appointment value will be charged.
Same-day cancellations: 100% of the appointment value will be charged.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the inability to complete the appointment, as we respect all clients’ time.
